I. Basic Provisions

Personal data includes all information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to a specific identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or through one or more specific factors, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social.
The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data:

The controller processes personal data that you have provided to him or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.
The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal Ground and Purpose of Personal Data Processing:

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
the performance of a contract between you and the controller according to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (for sending commercial notices and newsletters) according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing (for sending commercial notices and newsletters) according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 7(2) of Act no. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services if there has been no order for goods or services.
The purpose of processing personal data is:
processing your order and fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; the personal data required for successful order processing (name and address, contact) are requested when placing an order. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and performing the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude or fulfill the contract on the part of the controller.
The controller does not engage in / engages in automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. You have provided explicit consent for such processing.

IV. Data Retention Period:

The controller retains personal data:
for the period necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
for the period until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, at most …. years if personal data is processed based on consent.
After the expiration of the data retention period, the controller will delete personal data.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller):

Recipients of personal data are persons:
involved in the delivery of goods/services/payment fulfillment based on the contract
providing e-shop operation services and other services related to e-shop operation
providing marketing services
The controller does not intend to provide personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of cloud services.

VI. Your Rights:

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:
the right to access your personal data according to Article 15 GDPR,
the right to rectification of personal data according to Article 16 GDPR or the right to restriction of processing according to Article 18 GDPR.
the right to erasure of personal data according to Article 17 GDPR.
the right to object to processing according to Article 21 GDPR and
the right to data portability according to Article 20 GDPR.
the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Article III of these conditions.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

VII. Conditions for Securing Personal Data:

The controller declares that he has taken all technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and repositories of personal data in writing.
The controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.

VIII. Final Provisions:

By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the conditions for the protection of personal data and accept them in full.
